Denitration Technology
We have cooperated with other team to develop the new Coupling Denitration Technology. The online acceptance testing has been completed in a pulp and paper mill in China. The practical application of Alkali Recovery Boilers can reach the standard of China’s Nitrogen Oxides ultraclean emission (NOX<50 mg/m3), and the hydroxide emission is less than 30mg/L.
It has the following features:
- The new Denitration Technology is suitable for the combustion condition of Alkali Recovery Boiler.
- Wild reaction interval, long retention time and highly Denitration efficiency.
- Small equipment, high automation, reliable operation.
- Use Urea as Denitration Reductant which is convenient and easy to purchase, safety and with low operating cost.
- No commonly used spray gun and catalyst modules with low maintenance and replacement cost.
- No catalyst, no secondary pollution waste.
- The Alkali Boiler is small, saves investment and with short construction period.
- The system is simpler than SCR and safes 70% of investment.
- The utilization rate of Denitration Reductant and Denitration efficiency is high, up to 80%..
- Ammonia slip is low, low temperature plugging in the end and the corrosion is greatly reduced.
